Disclaimer and Liability
1. SMMViralStars is not responsible for any damages or losses incurred, including but not limited to financial losses, reputational damage, or data loss.
2. SMMViralStars is not liable for account suspensions, deletions, or any other actions taken by social media platforms.
3. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SMMViralStars and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services.
Scope of Services
1. Our services are designed to enhance your social media presence and online presence.
2. We do not guarantee interaction from new followers, including but not limited to likes, comments, or messages.
3. We do not guarantee all accounts will have profile pictures, bios, or uploaded pictures.
4. Our services are provided "as is" without warranties or guarantees.
User Obligations
1. Do not upload prohibited content (e.g., nudity or hate speech) to SMMViralStars.
2. Private accounts will not receive refunds. Ensure your account is set to public before placing your order.
3. Customers are responsible for regularly checking the status of their boosts.
4. Customers are liable for any loss or damages related to using Discord boosts or any other social media features, including but not limited to the loss of vanity, followers, business, or account bans.
5. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and restricting access to your computer or device.
Refund Policy
No Refunds
1. No PayPal refunds. All deposits are final and must be used on SMMViralStars orders.
2. You agree not to file a dispute or charge-back by completing a payment.
3. Disputes or chargebacks may result in the termination of your account and the removal of delivered followers/likes.
4. Refunds will only be issued as store credit, regardless of the circumstances.
Non-refundable Conditions
1. Orders are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once they have been placed. However, non-deliverable orders will receive a refund credit to your SMMViralStars account.
2. Orders placed on a misplaced or private account do not qualify for refunds. Verify orders before placing them.
3. SMMViralStars is not responsible for any issues that arise due to user error, including but not limited to incorrect order details.
Fraudulent Activity
1. Fraudulent activity, including the use of unauthorized or stolen credit cards, will result in account termination.
2. Do not use multiple servers for the same page simultaneously; no refunds will be provided for such orders.
3. We reserve the right to take legal action against fraudulent activities and report such activities to the relevant authorities.

1. We protect your personal information and use it only to fill your orders.
2. Your information will not be sold or redistributed except as required by law.

1. Customers must regularly check the status of their orders and report any issues within 72 hours of occurrence. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of any potential refunds or credits.
2. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using our services and to update your information as necessary.
Waiver of Consumer Rights and Right of Withdrawal

1. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to forfeit any consumer rights protections under the laws of the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and any other applicable jurisdictions.

3. Under no circumstances will SMMViralStars refund the cost of the service in any form other than store credit, and no additional compensation will be provided.

2. SMMViralStars's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms of service or the use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to SMMViralStars for the services in question.
